Pilipili mboga kijani na nyekundu - 1
Pilipili manga - ½ kijiko cha chai
Chumvi - Kiasi
Sosi ya soya (soy sauce) - 5 Vijiko vya supu
Kitunguu saumu(thomu/galic) na tangawizi iliyosagwa - 1 Kijiko cha supu
Mchanganyiko wa bizari (garam masala) - 1 Kijiko cha supu
Kotmiri iliyokatwa - ½ Kikombe
Mafuta ya kukaangia - Kiasi
Namna Ya Kutaarisha
Ndani ya sufuria, tia mafuta yakipata moto kaanga vitunguu mpaka ziwe rangi ya hudhurungi.
