Ndizi laini (Matoke 6)
Viazi mbatata (potato 3)
Samaki wabichi wa wastani ( Fresh tilapia 2)
Kitunguu swaum (garlic 6 cloves)
Tangawizi (fresh ground ginger vijiko 2 vya chai)
Nyanya ya kopo (tin tomato 1/2 kopo)
Vitunguu (onion 1)
Pilipili (chilli 1 nzima)
Chumvi (salt to your taste)
Mafuta (vegetable oil)
Limao (lemon 1/2)
Curry powder (1/2 kijiko cha chai)
Matayarisho
Safisha samaki kisha wakate vipande vitatu. Wakaushe maji kisha wamarinate na kitunguu swaum,tangawizi, chumvi, na limao kwa muda wa masaa 2. baada ya hapo waoke kwenye oven kwa muda wa dakika 30. baada ya hapo andaa ndizi na viazi kwa kuzimenya na kuziosha kisha ziweke pembeni. Kisha katakata vitunguu maji, Tangawizi, vitunguu swaum na nyanya kisha vitie kwenye blenda na usage mpaka mchanganyiko usagike vizuri. Baada ya hapo tia mchanganyiko katika sufuria na ubandike jikoni, acha uchemke mpaka maji yote yakauke. Maji yakisha kauka punguza moto na utie mafuta, curry powder, pilipili na chumvi. Kaangiza mpaka mchanganyiko uive na baada ya hapo tia viazi na maji kiasi na uache viazi vichemke mpaka vikaribie kuiva kisha tia ndizi na samaki na ufunike. Pika mpaka ndizi na viazi viive. Baada ya hapo chakula kitakuwa tayari kwa kuseviwa.
