Mahitaji
Kidali cha kuku 1 (chicken breast)
Kitunguu maji 1/2 (onion)
Kitunguu swaum/tangawizi (garlic and ginger paste) 1 kijiko cha chai
Limao ( lemon)1/4 kijiko cha chai
Curry powder 1/4 kijiko cha chai
Pilipili ya unga kidogo (Chilli powder)
Coriander powder 1/4 kijiko cha chai
Soy sauce 1kijiko cha chai
Mafuta 2 vijiko vya chai.
Chumvi kiasi (salt)
Vijiti vya mishkaki
Matayarisho
Osha kidali kisha kikaushe maji na kitchen towel na ukate vipande(cubes) vidogodogo na uweke pembeni. Baada ya hapo changanya vitu vyote (kasoro vijiti )na utie vimaji kidogo kisha visage katika breda kupata paste nzito. Baada ya hapo changanya hiyo paste na kuku na uache zimarinate kwa muda wa saa moja. Baada ya hapo zitunge kuku katika vijiti vya kuchomea na uzichome katika oven mpaka ziive (inaweza kuchukua kama dakika 10). Baada ya hapo chicken satay yako itakuwa tayari kwa kuliwa.
